About Us
The Surveyors Institute of Malawi (SIM) is a premier professional organization dedicated to uniting and advancing the practice of surveying and related disciplines in Malawi. It comprises three interrelated chapters—Land Economy, Quantity Surveying, and Land Surveying—each contributing uniquely to the sustainable development of Malawi’s land and infrastructure sectors. SIM works closely with government, academia, and industry to ensure that the surveying profession remains relevant, innovative, and aligned with the national development agenda, including Malawi 2063.
